The first time I walked into a Bikram Yoga class was in 2001 by chance, seeking relief from back pain. The healing and therapeutic effect of the practice was so profound that 6 months later I enrolled in the teacher training and it changed my life. 16 years, thousands of hours of teaching and practicing, 5 regional championships later (and no back pain whatsoever!) my love and appreciation for this practice keep growing. It’s incredibly rewarding to guide people through their own yoga journey and share this knowledge and I hope to keep teaching for years to come.
