I am a strong believer in the therapeutic effects of Bikram Yoga. When I began practicing Bikram Yoga, it was a tool that helped me stretch and strengthen my body and quickly move through injuries sustained running, biking and swimming. That was about 8 years ago. Now, as I turned 50, it’s helped me with symptoms related to menopause. Sleepless nights. Night sweats. Hot flashes. Low energy. Eliminating these symptoms almost completely.
This practice has been an integral part of my daily life. It’s helped me feel better in my body. I have more energy and I find this practice supports me emotionally and mentally. Bikram Yoga helps me find calm in this busy, active world we live in. Eyes open, breathing normal, just like the dialogue suggests.
I graduated from Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in the Fall of 2019. I look forward to sharing my passion for this yoga with you. Exploring all of the possibilities that this yoga has to offer. See you in the hot room.
