I began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2010 while living in Austin, Texas. At the time, I was working in the hospitality industry on overnights and quickly found this practice balanced my vampire sleep schedule and helped reduce significant amounts of stress. As I grew in my career and relocated around the country, I continued to find myself in the hot room more frequently as Bikram was the most consistent and beneficial form of exercise for me, both mentally and physically. This yoga became a passion and in 2015, I opted to pursue this passion by attending the Spring teacher training in Thailand. I returned to teach full time in Chicago before moving to Denver just this past year. Excited to call Colorado home for the long-haul, I’m thrilled to share this yoga with students and am positive you will find your own rewards as a result of your hard work!
