Tim Smith

I was a runner from a very young age — I ran four marathons before I was 17. By the time I was an adult, I had chronic knee pain. During my massage therapy training I started practicing Kripalu yoga. I learned about Bikram yoga from my structural integration teacher in 1988 and practiced at home with my wife for the next 12 years. Two years after starting Bikram yoga, my chronic knee pain was gone.

In the fall of 2000 I went to Bikram Yoga Teacher Training and have been teaching yoga ever since. I love teaching and practicing Bikram yoga and I will never ever stop.
